Sofia, May 10-12, 2025. The SALUS group and new partners met this weekend in Sofia at the New Bulgarian University.

The three-day event’s topic, “Developing AI-based solutions in healthcare and biomedical research,” is hot. Our partners from Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans are in dialogue to open a new chapter in cooperation.
We identified a new focus on supporting improved daily living and social inclusion for persons with intellectual disabilities and their families.
We’ve made a big step towards future cross-border solutions. Also, thanks to our host Polina Mihova, the homemade cake, Margarita Stankova, and everyone who used this weekend to work intensively with us here in Sofia or via video conference. We are on the right track!
